Liked: excellent hotel and staff
Disliked: boiler issues meant that there was no hot water

Wish it was longer, look...

Liked: Our evening meal and breakfast were very good. Staff were helpful and cheerful, especially our waitress at breakfast.
Disliked: Nothing we can think of!

DISSAPOINTED

Liked: Milk OFF. Told manager and he brought out more milk that was off. UNBELIEVABLE
Disliked: Turned up as paid for a superior room to be told no hot water in room and not fixed till next day. Told reception had a wedding to attend at 12 noon next day. Adventually after a bit of effort got a cheaper room and asked about money/discount was given a BLANK STAIR.

Beautiful spot, perfect place to...

Liked: Large communal area to sit and relax or work. Breakfast was brilliant. Staff were friendly. Room was a good size. Stunning river walk nearby
Disliked: Nothing really. A little tricky to find in the dark. You’d need a car to get here as not much around

Would stay again.

Disliked: Hot water issue was explained to us on check-in and advised would be fixed the next day. Just one of those things.
