Disliked: the location ,There is a lot of insecurity outside,The water bottles were only used up for one day and they didn't refill them anymore. The sheets on one bed had something on them that made me itchy.

Mostly neat, no frills room...

Liked: It was conveniently located near the airport and easy to get to from the LGA airport. The room was mostly clean with a nice view from the room to the street below
Disliked: Staff was rude and discourteous from the staff at check in to the cleaning staff. It did not feel very welcoming at all. Also, the location doesn't feel very safe either. Very disappointing given how expensive the rooms were

Basic room in a fabulous...

Liked: The location was perfect. The Grand St subway stop was an easy walk, as was Soho, Little Italy and the Lower East Side. Staff was helpful and friendly, particularly the night staff. Rooms were basic but comfortable and clean. The towels were thick and fluffy and the shower water was relatively hot.
Disliked: The rooms are very dated, there are no pictures on the wall and only a space where a small refrigerator had been. The hotel has no amenities such as restaurant, bar, spa and a very small cramped lobby.

Disappointing

Perfect for a base for...

Liked: The location is right on the divide of Chinatown and LES. Really good if you don’t mind walking to places nearby and exploring. Comfortable beds and a decent powerful shower. Amazing view over Manhattan bridge from our room.
Disliked: Rooms aren’t huge but more than ok. Would prefer a duvet than a sheet and a blanket and bigger pillows but it was nice decent cotton bedding. A fridge would be nice but lots of hotels don’t seem to have fridges so that’s ok.

Liked: Close to Metro, very clean
Disliked: A bit noisy from traffic
