Terrible!

Liked: I stay at this facility often but this time I was not satisfied. First they put me in the wrong room, then they took me from there and put me in a tiny room. Even the bathroom sink was in the room. It was very different from the rooms I have stayed in before. Also the money taken as security was not returned to my account. I have been writing to the hotel for days, they did not even reply. I will not stay again, unfortunately the quality has deteriorated.

Unacceptable Service and Unreturned Caution...

Disliked: We booked a stay at Lenox for the Milton hurricane evacuation, and although we travel to Miami frequently, we’ve never encountered an issue like this with any other hotel. Upon checkout, they refused to return our caution deposit, claiming we had checked out too late. Their excuse was that when the cleaning staff arrived, there were still clothes in the room.However, I checked out well before 4 a.m. and was at work by 9 a.m. The front desk agent said nothing at the time about a late checkout or any problem with our deposit. It’s now the second day of trying to resolve this issue, and the hotel has been impossible to reach—they even hung up on us when we called.This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I would strongly advise against booking here if you expect any level of customer service or honesty.

Liked: The pool and facilities were exceptional for the price involved - and its quieter than I expected from most hotels which is a huge plus
Disliked: Location is a little bit out but not by much at all
