Liked: A lovely small personal hotel. Room was comfortable and the view over the harbour was an added bonus. We would highly recommend this to fellow travellers.
Disliked: We believe water bottles should be complimentary.

Liked: Good location and facilities, good heritage and presentation. Counter staff very good.
Disliked: Sound proofing of units in newer part not great. We could hear neighbouring units as they could have us I expect. We also found a pair of someone else’s socks under our bed when checking as we left so cleaners need to be a bit more through.

Liked: The place is charming, the old building is beautiful. The location is just perfect, so convenient! The staff is really nice. The room was a good size and had everything we needed for our short stay.
Disliked: The only thing is that our "king bed" was just two smaller beds put together, with 2 separate mattresses and a bit of a gap in-between, which wasn't very comfortable. Otherwise we really enjoyed this place.

Liked: Fanatic location but unsatisfied hotel service
Disliked: We booked Mountain View room but the room is on 1st floor, that is street view not Mountain View! That is cheating! And reception staff promised will email us when room is ready (we arrive early and need to wait room is ready) and provide bottle water to the room, but there is no email and no one come to send bottle water at all! You can say you don’t have bottle water then we will go to buy it instead of waiting hours!
