Decent place, but poor management....

Liked: The property is fine, but they made a mistake with my booking and the front desk person tried entering my room without knocking at 11pm even though she had just given me that room. She must not have changed it in the computer because they also gave the room to another guest and they also had a key and entered without knocking at 1:30am. Waking up in panic in the middle of the night is never a good feeling, and as a solo female traveler it’s terrifying. It was not worth the money even if affordable, and it’s a shame because the place is in decent shape and the location is great. I do not recommend.

Terrible Stay at Lelux!!

Liked: The lobby and the breakfast area were the best parts of the hotel. Upon entering, you're immediately greeted by the lobby, which is stylish. The decor is modern and the lobby is well-kept. The breakfast area is another standout feature of the hotel. It’s bright, clean, and well-maintained.
Disliked: I recently stayed at Lelux Hotel in Montreal, and while the lobby and breakfast area were pleasant, the rest of the hotel left much to be desired. The lobby was bright and welcoming, and the breakfast area was clean with a good selection of options, making for a positive start to the day.Unfortunately, once you leave these areas, the hotel’s condition deteriorates. My room was uncomfortable, with a thin bed, outdated furniture, and dust everywhere. The air conditioner didn’t work despite multiple attempts to fix it, and the bathroom was small, unclean, and had a broken toilet flush handle. The maintenance staff didn’t provide any real solutions, and the room felt poorly maintained overall.Adding to the disappointment, the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, making customer service feel like an afterthought. The surrounding area was also unappealing, with litter on the streets and a noticeable police presence at night, which made the stay feel unsafe. Overall, despite the nice lobby and breakfast area, the rest of the experience was subpar, and I would not recommend this hotel.

Liked: The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: We had to wait almost 45 minutes to get to check-in. Only one person at the reception to service everyone, pretty sad considering some of us do have other things to do besides waiting in line. We also saw boxes of croissants sitting on the floor in the lobby for the next day's breakfast, pretty bad! There was no coffee when we got downstairs, people waiting for plates, no napkins, just a general bad state.
