Wouldn't recommend

Liked: Not much
Disliked: The room was filthy. The toilet hadn't been cleaned, and the mini fridge looked like it had been beaten up. There was no toilet paper and tiles from the shower were broken or ripped up.

Very poor.

Disliked: Spent five days and did not receive fresh towels our entire stay (even though we asked for them but they never came. Could not check in on arrival because reception was locked. Had to wait over 2 hours before someone came to check us in. We tried several times to ring the number on the reception door but no answer. We were not advised that we would not be able to get into our room after 10pm at night, tried ringing the after hours phone number on reception door but phone number did not work. Had to use the back door in our room which we had the chain on, so had to use a stick to unchain it to get into our room.

Disappointing

Liked: Was central to everything. Beds were comfortable.
Disliked: Bathroom had a horrible smell and shower door was jammed at the bottom. Had incidents where someone had walked into our room as the back door didn’t close properly. He was clearly looking for things to steal. Arguments that went on outside our room for over an hour. Did raise it with staff who did handle these 2 issues accordingly.
