Liked: Hotel staffs are well trained, even the cleaning staffs were super nice, they were very friendly to my family, we fell very respectful. the rooms are tidy and clean, recommend to family trip.

Liked: Everything was good, pleasant stay very central and very good beds. We will come again

Liked: I had reserved a 'family' room, which was a good size (though the bathroom was quite small). Comfortable beds, with lots of pillows. Tea and coffee facilities in the room.
Disliked: The swimming pool was closed.

Liked: hotel location and the comfortable room, friendly staff, cosy room with 2 beds is ideal for a family stay
Disliked: just some small glitches, for example, no water refill and no tooth brushes provided, the parking is EUR 25 per day extra (although that's not unusual in Germany)

Very good place to stay

Liked: It was a very nice hotel at the perfect location in the Leipzig city center, just next to the Christmas market. There were good parking options around the hotel, including charging stations for EV.
Disliked: The parking was not usable for a normal SUV. It was also not possible to book the parking lot.
