Liked: The bed was large and the room was nicely presented. Strong WiFi, multiple lifts. Soft pillows. Black out curtains
Disliked: Only 3 pillows on the bed for some reason we had to request an extra one. The toilet paper holder was almost behind the toilet so you have to turn your body uncomfortably round to reach it. The tap at the sink is also in an awkward position which made it harder to wash my face. No sockets for fast charging

Liked: English breakfast, nothing to brag about, Waste of money!
Disliked: No showers, only bathtub with shower in ALL rooms. Bathtub the size of a taco shell. Dated décor, 60's dull colors everywhere

Comfortable rooms and very good...

Liked: Room service dinner was excellent and really appreciated, goats cheese croquettes then delicious stone bass and veg, thanks to the gents in the restaurant and bar for putting our order through right at the last minute after a hellish journey on the M1!Really comfortable beds and spacious well decorated rooms. Great to have a bathroom with bath.
Disliked: Reception staff were not clear on timings for the last orders of hot food for room service dinner. We called en route in terrible traffic and were given incorrect info. Fortunately we rushed straight over to the restaurant to order our dinner on arrival.
