Disliked: The staff was not very helpful. Difficult to buy tickets. The breakfast was extremely crowded.

Disliked: Musty air, carpet has gotten dingy over the years. Still fun!

Liked: How kid friendly it was and the nice helpful staff. I really liked the additional amentaties that are offered at both resorts. I love the convenience of walking to the theme park from our room.
Disliked: Pricing for food and gifts. I also think there should be a special discount for the theme park if you start at one of the resorts

Quick weekend trip was good...

Liked: Excellent room design and accommodations for kids, proximity to the park entrance, free Lego gifts and the treasure hunt was fun.
Disliked: TV didn't work, the restaurants are 'ok' and expensive, hardly any staff around if you had problems or questions.

I would stay again and...

Liked: The property was well kept and right outside of the LEGOLAND amusement park. The beds were comfortable the room was very clean and the front desk text number was very responsive.
Disliked: It was hard to actually find staff to ask questions however once we discovered the text number responses were provided very quickly. My room faced the playground and it was very loud until 10pm every night.

Exceptional

Liked: It was even more fun in the hotel than the LEGOLAND (lol). The kid loved it. Shows and events like evening story telling is great. Also lots of interactive Lego decorations.
Disliked: The kid didn’t want leave the hotel

Liked: Enjoyed activities for children, disappointed when Castle Hotel wasn't opened as they have the park.
