The mold In the room...

Liked: Close to legoland
Disliked: Staff rude. Pool gate was open we went in with my autistic son no lifeguards on duty. We didn’t care we are 2 adults and 2 children. Lifeguards came and kicked us out because no one needed to be in pool if lifeguards weren’t there. They forgot to lock the gate. We asked when can we come in the lady said when I feel like it. Mold inside the room as well. Pics shown bellow

Liked: Excellent quality service, each of the people who served us, excellent quality and professionalism, especially one of the waiters named Jonathan, what quality attention, a very kind person, attention at all times, congratulations.

Old property that can use...

Liked: Theme was consistent and fun. Daily Lego surprise for kids was nice. Text concierge and check out is great feature.
Disliked: Uncomfortable and run down rooms. Toilet broken and water running constantly even after maintenance fixed it. Constant trail of ants through room. Mattress not comfortable. Not worth $300/night.

Liked: Our hotel room was very nice & cozy. I loved the attention to detail & cleanliness. The pool area was also very nice & family friendly.
Disliked: The breakfast was good but the set up & service was very poor. It's set up as a buffet but have a table service system. The staff were not efficient or communicating with the customers. We waited one hour just to end up ordering our breakfast to go.
