Liked: Very nice hotel, big rooms, at the request for extra bed was arranged without any extra costs, clean and beautiful, in the rooms they had robes and slippers, tea, coffee, water.You coud take in lobby water, you get a bottle at the reception and fill it up with water on ur choice, sparkling or still all included in your stay. A very big parking space around hotel, they were asking en extra charge if €7 , i guess if you had to park outside their parking place on the street because we were not charged.Very nice Hotel, beautiful place, was really a gem.100 % recommended, mostly for the families with kids.

Clean room but disappointing extras

Liked: Late check-in, friendly staff, and a clean room.
Disliked: We paid 20 euros for our dog but were given the smallest room with no additional preparation or amenities for the pet. It’s unclear what this fee covered. Parking costs 7 euros, even if you charge your car there. The breakfast selection is extremely minimalistic.

Liked: Main reason I booked was it's proximity to the company.
Disliked: Inside the building it's like a maze. Stairs up, down, up, down to find your room. In the morning my card didn't work and I couldn't enter the room after breakfast. Therefore I was late to my meeting for half an hour. Suddenly the system is down and I am locked out. It happened twice. Restaurant didn't have a la carte menu. Just buffet for dinner. Gym is tiny, only one treadmill with very poor ventilation, too warm, no windows. Room was basic but ok. Sauna is good. Location is in the middle of nowhere but good if you have a business to do nearby. I stayed only one night and spent the rest near Wiesbaden.
