Good location and good price.

Liked: The hotel is on the front and we had a sea view. The rooms are a decent size but the bed was only a small double. Good location for walking into the centre of Brighton. Entertainment (drag artist) on the night in the hotel was amusing!
Disliked: Bed was too small. The room was over the bar downstairs which luckily was quite quiet when we were there mid week in November.

Liked: Lovely staff, excellent breakfast. Great seafront location and just a short walk into the centre and the Lanes.
Disliked: Loud music until late,(around 1am) even on a Sunday night, and our room was directly above the bar

Liked: Always fun here! Perfectly placed for walking into town, and so good to finish up here with the club open until 4.

Disliked: Tiny room.....tiny bed......even tinier shower......water barely came out of taps.. ..couldn't turn shower down so was red hot......husband is 15 stone and couldn't squeeze in tiny shiwer
