A wonderful hotel, clean, tidy...

Liked: Clean, great location, friendly staff, they made us feel very welcome and went above and beyond ensuring our little boy was made to feel welcome. I highly recommend this property

Liked: Staff very helpful, great restaurants around property, easy to get to where we wanted to go. Rooms are tiny, if staying for a longer period (we were only there 3 days) would recommend a larger room if available.

I would definitely stay here...

Liked: Love this hotel! The bed was so beyond comfortable . The staff especially Alice was so sweet and helpful. Very welcoming. We walked everywhere from this hotel. The metro station is just around the corner too. The hotel has breakfast but we never woke up in time, the coffee machine they have was so good too. Everything smelt good and nicely clean!
Disliked: My only complaint about this hotel is the bathroom. I know they’re small it’s okay but the shower was almost a safety hazard. It’s very slick and the floor is extremely slanted. Being it’s so small there is no wiggle room if you slip down it. We had to be very careful and quick.

Exceptional

Liked: We had to change room, I would suggest only going for room on floor 4 and above, they are really good and I'll be coming back 100%
Disliked: The lower floor rooms aint that nice, think the lower floor ones should lower the price as I would only stay on floor 4 and above for better views and all round better vibes.
