Mediocre lodging for the price...

Liked: Rooms were clean. Two bathrooms.
Disliked: Check in was not good as they are in the middle of renovation. It is not clear how to check in as the office was on the second floor. Contract says free breakfast but it is poor and limited quality. My wife and daughter were not able to sleep because it is too loud (snow removal, workers, thin walls) early morning hours. The bus service to the ski area was subpar. We called and waited 1 hour at the beginning of the day; it never came to pick us up at end of the day. The kitchen lacks all the basic amenities; there is not enough plates and glasses for 5. We were given 2 packets of sugar for coffee. The ceiling fans keep turning off and on, full blast middle of the night. The place does not meet the expectation and prices we were charged for. This place needs a lot of work.

All in all a lovely...

Liked: The separate bedroom was fantastic. It was nice to stay in a place that felt more like an apartment vs a hotel room.
Disliked: The outside was a bit shabby staying on the 3rd floor without an elevator wasn't super convenient. Also would have appreciated an ice machine since there was an ice bucket provided in the room.
