Liked: The separate bedroom was fantastic. It was nice to stay in a place that felt more like an apartment vs a hotel room.
Disliked: The outside was a bit shabby staying on the 3rd floor without an elevator wasn't super convenient. Also would have appreciated an ice machine since there was an ice bucket provided in the room.

Disliked: Customer Service and management were terrible. The event we were going to Steamboat Springs for was cancelled at the last minute - 48 hours ahead of our planned event. I contacted the hotel immediately to cancel our reservations. Was told I would need to talk to a. manager, but none were available. Called multiple times, left multiple messages. Attempted to contact their corporate headquarters and was told it was up to the local manager and I would need to contact them. Finally got the local manager and was told only the corporate offices could give a refund. No one was willing to be helpful or provide good customer service. The event has been rescheduled for next year and we would have been happy to change our reservations to those dates. However, after this treatment, we will look for somewhere else to stay next year.
