Disappointing

Liked: The property is dated, but the space of the condo was accommodating for our group.
Disliked: The staff and shuttle service were not accommodating. It was beyond frustrating. We would be left at the base of the mountain for over an hour. One day they could not pick us up because the breaks went out on the shuttle. Instead of being upfront with us, they kept telling us they were 20-25 minutes away. Then they stopped answering the phone all together. No one was at the front desk. We’re very understanding until you’re not truthful and misleading. We were able to grab the city bus and get back, but the property is on top of a hill and hiking 1/2 mile up the road in boots and carrying ski gear after waiting over an hour was miserable. They seem to be very understaffed. We checked in at 5:30PM and were told our room would be another hour and a half. Luckily, they were able to accommodate us sooner. Ski season is just getting underway, so I can only imagine how the rest of the season will go when they get busy. DO NOT BOOK THIS RESORT IF YOU NEED SHUTTLE SERVICE.

Liked: Very pet friendly with great staff and amenities. Price was so good compared to Airbnbs or VRBO. Great location as well. Amazing views.
Disliked: Beds were a little stiff for me but I like soft beds.
