Liked: The room had everything. The maintenance guy is very kind and was quick to use his phone to translate what I was saying so he could help me find the Ice Machine. Very big resort. Arcade and nice business center. Can't wait to see how the remodeled rooms look.
Disliked: 10am checkout is a bit early for departure. The elevator took forever. No signage.Breakfast would have been nice.

Liked: Size of the room.
Disliked: We arrived very late Friday night and the security guard was the only person available to check us in. Went straight to bed that night. In the morning, we saw cockroaches! After I started cooking breakfast, I saw that there were cockroaches of varying sizes on the counters and stove in our kitchen and also the main bathroom! WHILE I WAS COOKING!!! Breakfast was thrown away. We didn't have time to pack up and leave due to an appointment we had to be at. I returned, packed up the room, and left not staying for our second booked night. I will turn this into our trip insurance since the location has a no refund policy and I am out of the expense of booking at a different hotel for our second night.

Disliked: When we got to our room the stove was left on from last guest. And the rooms were not connected. The fold out couches the mattress were stained. And no carpet in one of the rooms. And there was not a lot of parking

Liked: Rooms were amazing for the price. Comfortable, clean, very nice. Really liked the cold filtered water and amenities they offer. Staff was very nice and helpful.!
Disliked: For that price? Nothing. If I paid more I would say I would like more tv options and hope they fix up some of the exterior stairs and leisure deck, it looks like they had some putting greens and bbq areas that just need a little love but nothing major. Only issues I think were cosmetic.
