Overall not impressed.

Liked: The shower. The complimentary wifi. Location was right next to Anime Con.
Disliked: Room temp kept fluctuating. Breakfast should be included. Desk workers need better people skills. They tried to charge me for parking without asking if I even needed it.

Disliked: Nothing, we loved everything about this hotel.

Liked: The property itself is beautiful and very peaceful. The rooms are cozy and clean.
Disliked: I got the feeling from the main host when I checked in that I wasn’t good enough to stay here. Not to mention, our room didn’t have a microwave so instead we had to use the communal one downstairs. It further emphasized the embarrassment I had begun to feel after checking in. I may not be the normal clientele for this place but I didn’t need to feel like everyone knew that as well. At checkout I felt seen and bonded with the hostess there but the man who checked me in really made me feel awkward. I don’t need to be treated like that when paying upwards of $200 for a room.
