Disliked: Arrived 2 hours before check in and was told that we could not check in until 2pm.

Stayed just the one night to go to concert at 53 degrees; staff friendly; rooms excellent; warm and clean. Breakfast lots of choice. Overall 10/10.

Great hotel in a central...

Liked: The gentleman who checked us in when we arrived could not have been more helpful.He offered to help carry luggage from the car which I wouldn't usually expect from a hotel receptionist.
Disliked: I enquired on the first morning of our stay if we could have a few rounds of toast delivered to our room.The rather brusque lady on reception said that it would cost £11! Yes for toast. Despite our protestations she held firm to the party line in making it clear that Legacy Hotels have no wriggle room within the deal for super expensive toast. You may not be surprised to learn that 5 minutes walk away from this hotel there is a cafe that does 2 rounds of takeaway toast for £1...damned good it was too

Liked: Great location,the room and bed was good and breakfast and staff too
Disliked: Nothing I guess if be g picking the breakfast area with it being on the lower ground floor was a bit dark but it didn’t really bother me
