Disliked: Arrived 2 hours before check in and was told that we could not check in until 2pm.

Stayed just the one night to go to concert at 53 degrees; staff friendly; rooms excellent; warm and clean. Breakfast lots of choice. Overall 10/10.

Great stay in Preston

Liked: The hotel was clean, bright and very welcoming. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The room was large and clean, the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: I would have preferred a separate shower rather than a shower in a bath but the room and facilities were great.

Liked: Location is superb right next door to the sports centre venue.Great breakfast
