Disliked: Arrived 2 hours before check in and was told that we could not check in until 2pm.

Stayed just the one night to go to concert at 53 degrees; staff friendly; rooms excellent; warm and clean. Breakfast lots of choice. Overall 10/10.

Liked: The staff are always lovely, the beds are comfy and it's good value for money. The hotel is close to city centre so only a short walk for the shops/bars & restaurants.
