Disliked: Arrived 2 hours before check in and was told that we could not check in until 2pm.

Stayed just the one night to go to concert at 53 degrees; staff friendly; rooms excellent; warm and clean. Breakfast lots of choice. Overall 10/10.

Liked: room confortable breakfast was great all was clean. the hotel was better that it looks outside
Disliked: we were sat in the bar, 2 couples, with no one around us and having a laugh and great conversation when the bar lady told us she wouldn't serve us any more drink we were not drunk or being overly loud so couldn't understand why. she did serve us one more drink. we went to bed with a sour thoughts. she did appologise the next morning quite a lot but the deed was already done

Excellent hotel we wouldn't stay...

Liked: The hotel was excellent, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The Staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good and plentiful.When we are in Preston we will always stay at theLegacy International.Thank you.John and Susan Brady.
