I would recommend the Hotel...

Liked: We didn’t buy breakfast as we had an invitation from friends living locally. The grounds looked very nice, the Receptionist was very helpful and welcoming, we only stayed one night with our Adult son in a separate room, the shower , tea and coffee making facilities all good, and bed was comfortable. Lovely and quiet, which is what we are used to at home. A friendly person was in reception to say goodbye and check we left our keys
Disliked: There had been a wedding the day before and the view from our window looked as though not everything had been tidied up. There appeared to be very few quests, and minimal staff, so no offer of help getting cases up to the room. Personally I would prefer to know someone was available 24/7 should we have had any need of help.

Liked: We didn’t stay. It was nothing like the pictures. It is closed down. We were going to be the only guests. They sold it to the school and didn’t tell you
Disliked: This place looks nothing like photos you have. No one there. Everything closed. We never stayed. We walked out. I took pictures. Not safe to stay in
