Liked: Best hotel we stayed in Leeds. Myself and my partner arrived for weekend away to take his mind off after his dad lost battle with cancer. My partner need it this break. Staff was amazing and friendly. We got upgraded which was a nice touch for him. Will return soon to celebrate our engagement and do Christmas shopping.

Disliked: Bed was too small, air con wasn't cold, breakfast was a shambles, they didn't explain that if you wanted eggs you had to order them separately so consequently my breakfast went cold, the bacon was smoked (no other option) the Sausages had run out the bread had run out ( we were in plenty of time for breakfast)

Liked: The friendly atmosphere and staff, the rooms are spacious and kept to a high standard.
Disliked: The only downside is the lack of parking at the hotel. You have to try and park at the public carpark nearby and at busy times is a struggle to find a parking space.
