Conveniently located and comfy bed

Liked: Cramped room and cheap furniture, although the bed and pillows were comfortable We also had a fire alarm at 6:20 am due to an oven setting off the fire alarm

Liked: The location was great. I also liked the size of the rooms. The King Suite was perfect for me and my two sons.

Disliked: 1st night i wad given a dirty old room with no light ..i complained and the day after i was already given a room at an upper floor with light kind of refurbished room..was much better

Liked: The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good. The location is very good, 5 min walk to the metro.
Disliked: There was a problem when we arrived. It was given the card keys to a room that was not ours, when we entered the room there someone else inside. Good thing the person inside of the room understood, and he was dressed, my 10yo daughter opened the room, it could have been very bad. The confusion was fixed right way. There was a communication issue between the day and night crews.

Liked: Location was fantastic, away from the chaos tourist areas , but a short 5 min walk to Metro to access all the sights .The neighbourhood was lovely and quiet , close to gorgeous restaurants , local market, gourmet delis and patisseries .Extremely close to Parc Monceau for an enjoyable walk !Was great !

Liked: Big rooms, top location, separate Toilet, very very kind staff. Top notch there. Quiet neighborhood.
Disliked: AC wasnt working properly, so it was cold at night, it kept switching off. When working it had the smell of urine (clean the AC filter please).Also, there was signs of humidity in the bathroom which didnt make it very higienic.I didnt like the fact that I had to pay 20€ for late checkout, and I left at around 12h30. I was cleaning the room before leaving instead of leaving it to the housekeeping. I lost time by wanting to make it easier for the staff and they didnt have any comprehension. (Also, I kept receiving SMS from the hotel for some log in, etc, which is kinda annoying.
