Liked: The location is beautiful and the staff was friendly.
Disliked: The room temperature was not consistent and the lack of privacy for the bathroom setup was not what I expected. The spiral staircase was a negative for me. To narrow and high.

Eager to come back and...

Liked: I stopped here after a retreat at the Himalayan Institute. Everything about this place is great. Prices are a bit higher because they provide access to their sister properties, that I did not take advantage of. Under different circumstances, I absolutely would. I opted to walk up to breakfast and it did not disappoint! The property being directly on a waterfall was quite soothing and entertaining in its own right.
Disliked: My only regret was that I didn't have more time to take advantage of the amenities. This is a hotel that wants you to enjoy your stay, not simply sleep there.

Liked: Staff is friendly and the hotel is beautiful. The view of the waterfall is amazing! You can stay at the bar and not have to go in the restaurant, and have dinner sitting comfortably on a couch by the window.
