Liked: Accommodating Staff. We arrived later ( around 6 pm ) than their usual checkin time ( till 5 pm ) . They provided us with the lockcodes to get our room key . We also checked out earlier than the office opened, the contact person responded quickly and helped us to check out over phone

Liked: Breakfast was great even at the end of the season. Beautiful setting. Wish we could have been there in the summer. Sitting out on the lawn by the bay would have been lovely.
Disliked: A bit more lighting in our room would have been nice as we had just two small reading lights by the bed.

Liked: The room was spacious, with a nice view. The bed was comfortable. The deck was nice…just a little too cold for us to use.
Disliked: The breakfast! It was stated when I booked the room that a free breakfast was provided…the guy who checked me in told me that there was breakfast there in the morning whatever is left as it was their last day serving breakfast. So his statement alone gave me a pretty good idea that breakfast was not going to be great. There was hardly anything there for breakfast (and we were not late). I think for good customer service it should’ve been a great breakfast, even if it was for the last day, especially because it was the last day. It’s even sadder that they must have a decent kitchen because they have a restaurant right on site.Our room had a strange smell like a flowers trying to hide a musty smell - yeah, we still smelled the musty smell. There was also some stains on the floor and furniture which makes me question the cleanliness but everything else appeared clean.

Exceptional

Liked: Amazing views off the back deck overlooking the water. We got up and watched sunrise from our room. All the staff were very nice and friendly, and the room was very clean.

Good value for the money.

Liked: The view of the bay was great, good location between two picturesque towns (and very close to Claws, a great seafood restaurant!), and the breakfast had eggs, so all good.

Superb

Liked: The water view was nice with breakfast looking out to the water. There was also a nice place to walk and picnic close to the water. The whole experience was quit enjoyable.
