Always have high expectations, and...

Not worth the price at...

Liked: I like that the property arrangement transportation from the airport to hotel, but they overcharged by $50 if I would have used an Uber.
Disliked: I didn’t like that they say they have concierge services and they do not, they also didn’t tell us about the huge New Years Eve party at the arch of triumph. I believe it’s because they had a dinner and didn’t want to loose the business… they definitely should have given me the opportunity to be at the party rather than keeping that information secret. The New Year’s Eve celebration they overcharged for was not a celebration at all only a dinner, and the server was not as kind as he could have been. They over charged for this so called celebration nearly $300 for all 3 in my party, food was not worth it at all way overpriced! Very disappointed the description mentioned it was 10 walk to the Eiffel Tower and it was really more like a 20/30 minute Uber drive. Hôtel listing was not honest, and early check in was not possible, they even checked us in after 3 pm. Not the best experience at a hotel, and I would not return. I felt they were not honest about this hotel from the location, to the the airport transport cost, to the so called New Years Eve celebration that was only an overpriced dinner NO CELEBRATION at all.

Liked: Fantastic staff, service orientated, great location.
Disliked: More baggage and clothing storage space to allow two people to unpack and hang cloths so you dont have to live out of a suitcase.

Disliked: Although we had a confirmed reservation with booking, we arrived at the hotel to find out they don’t have rooms for us and they sent us to another hotel, which we didn’t choose
