Do not stay here. Pics...

Liked: The lobby. That is it !!!
Disliked: Room had no working TV or phone. Walls were stained. Ceiling had water damage. Carpet had holes. Light fixtures were rusted.

Passable

Liked: Pet friendly. The lobby area was nice and the staff helpful about the area.
Disliked: Pet friendly comes at a cost of $50 which is double for the hospitality industry. Breakfast was pretty much all carbs. Some protein would have been nice. It is little things in room maintenance that show more attention is needed to match up to the image presented in the lobby.

Liked: We did not get out of room before breakfast was over at 9 am. Lighted parking area right in front.
Disliked: The low toilet. An ADA height toilet would be great.
