Liked: Never had a breakfast . We wanted to have lunch when we arrived but they were closed so we spent the day day out touring the town and came back to the restaurant for a bite at night. The first question was , did we have a reservation, no. There was only a couple of tables at the time with customers. We were seated and had decided we would have several appetizers and drinks , which the waiter was not pleased with. We were brought our food and drinks and a waiter never came back to our table once after that . It was an obvious snub by them to move us along . The menu is highly overpriced but if the service had been good that wouldn't have been an issue. The treatment speaks for itself.
Disliked: staff attitude.

Welcoming and comfortable place to...

Liked: The staff were welcoming and helpful with every request. Estel at front desk was a real pleasure. Room was spotless and the breakfast wonderful. Close to everything. We all (mom and two teens) enjoyed our stay in this comfortable hotel.
Disliked: Nothing!

Nice hotel in the centre...

Liked: Great location in the centre, on the sea front. Easy access to the Toulon rugby ground.Good arrangement for safe parking of the car.
Disliked: All fine.

Beautifully designed nautical hotel in...

Liked: Beautiful clean hotel with such a fun but classic nautical theme. We stayed in a large and comfortable room facing the port, and enjoyed the view from the rooftop as well as the restaurant and bar.
Disliked: I didn’t see anything upon booking about pre booking a parking spot, nor did I get a follow up email like I did from the hotel about pre-booking the pool. The lot was full when we arrived in low season and there was an issue with their “backup lot”. The staff were helpful finding a solution for us but making the parking situation more obvious before arrival is my only recommendation.

Great hotel, wonderful location, excellent...

Liked: The hotel is in an excellent location, it’s very clean, we had a lovely room overlooking the port. Most of all though, the staff were excellent. Especially the reception manager, he was so helpful and friendly it made our stay go from really great to exceptional.
