Comfortable stay, great homemade scones.

Liked: Breakfast was lovely and the view was nice too, however we did have a bit of clouds and rain.
Disliked: The farm was outside of Inverness and due to construction we had some trouble getting to and from Inverness with ease and when I inquired about another route, I didn't get much assistance from our host. In fact there was little in the way of information about the area, and we saw little of the host except at breakfast. Not really a problem but would have appreciated some guidance about what to do and see while visiting the area. No public transportation nearby.

A very peaceful farm stay...

Liked: This farm stay was so cosy and our host was so nice. Breakfast you amazing as were our views from the sun room(minus the sun at Lear for the moment).
Disliked: Squeaky beds lol but nothing to get stressed about

Liked: Very good home cooked breakfast served in a lovely sun room with beautiful view of farm. Walked around property and visited with their Pygmy goats and working stock dogs. Bathroom shower had good water pressure and provided soap and lotion. Location was 20 minutes from town to go for dinner

Liked: Closeness to battlefield and the lovely pub within walking distance.. beautiful view when having breakfast in the morning with rabbits and birds and farm life… Friendly warm owner. Wonderful breakfast.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: This a beautiful property. The perfect location for day trips from Inverness. Very close to Culloden, Clava Cairns was literally at the end of the drive. Loch Ness tourist sites within a short drive. The rooms were perfect. The breakfast was exceptional. Shower gel, shampoo and washcloths were provided.
Disliked: Wish we had planned a longer stay.
