Disliked: Breakfast was not included and the cost of the room and the valet justified breakfast to be included. The size of the pool was smaller than expected - was hoping in the future that all 3 pools could be warm.

bed and pillow was fanastic

Liked: the breakfast was good however I did not appreciate the wait staff asking for more of a tip than I left. Very embarrassing in front of other patrons and my own group.

Disliked: everything except for the hotel restaurant, it was maybe a 6/10 :) otherwise lovely

Liked: Facilities well kept they seem new ! The staff is friendly and diligent to help. The hotel location is close to every major old Montreal attraction. Congratulations to maintenance and management staff !
