DO NOT STAY HERE! RUN...

Liked: The only thing we liked was the hot tub but after the room got hot and oh so much more. Not happy
Disliked: Where do I begin!!!! Okay well check in didn’t speak English at all. No showing us how to work our hot tub or anything for that matter! My reservation said I would have water bottles included there was nothing in the fridge empty a sign n the bathroom stating not to drink there water. We checked in at 8:30 go out at 9pm to get some dinner and drinks and forgot my phone turned around no one is n reception! We were locked out banging on the door it wasn’t even 9pm I called and called no answer my husband walked to other side no cars both just dark finally 15 minutes later a guy that worked there we never saw in our whole 40min after arrival! The internet never worked WiFi was in and out the TV NEVER worked at all wouldn’t connect to internet and front desk was NO help!!!!! The bed had a mattress topper on top and it dipped completely in the middle! We saw no one else on board our two day stay! Not one other person! But constant bangs in the night with again no WiFi no tv no help! I asked for water bottles the next day then after checkout today I saw I was actually charged for them! I paid $700.00 for 2 nights and it was the worst! Go anywhere else! Don’t waste your money it’s NOT worth it! None of it! I will never stay here again I have videos pictures and all and I’m goingTo make sure to repeat my review on every platform! To say highly disappointed is an understatement!!! This was just plain crappy robbery and unprofessional all the way around!!!!!

Liked: This property has excellent food and provides a fantastic river tour of Paris.
Disliked: The rooms are quite cramped and the boat does not sail every night.

Disliked: We paid on arrival and then informed that we could not use the restaurant, bat or sit out on the top deck during the cruise. We were expected to sit in our room the whole night and view the cruise through a small window. We asked for a refund to go some were else and the onboard manager refused. After consider any request they agreed to refund the money and we left. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Liked: I liked the different type of hotel, the great staff service, the clean, confortable room and the breakfast. I only wish I was able to take the cruise but my timing did not allow for it. I did not take the box in the room as I wasn't told by the staff if I could. Was it mine to take?
