Liked: Kristina the receptionist was very helpful and listened to and was empathetic to our concerns.
Disliked: Our double room was not as shown on website, it was shoddy, old window meaning we could hear the bar outside, bathroom very old, dark and outdated. We couldn't sit on the toilet without bumping our knees on the bidet!

Wonderful accommodation in an excellent...

Liked: Both the room and the bathroom were of good size and clean. The Location was absolutely fantastic, just a few steps away from the bustling restaurants and shops of the old town, but once inside it felt really calm and relaxing. The fact that it overlooks the courtyard that includes Juliet's balcony added to the charm.

Disliked: The breakfast was disappointing with lack of fresh fruit choices, fruit juices (not fruit drinks), types of breads, and generally not enough of everything.
