The lack of wifi connectivity...

Disliked: although hotel advertised free wifi, it was non-existent. We could not get connected for the whole stay. If a hotel advertises free wifi, it should have wifi! We needed it!

It’s an ok place.

Liked: The included big parking lot in front was nice. The outside of the property is pretty. Our room was spacious. The bed was comfortable for sleeping. The breakfast of fruit, yogurt, bread and croissants was nice.
Disliked: On the day you’re scheduled to arrive, you get a message with instructions. Basically it reads “this is your room number. The key is in the door.” So, when you walk through the main door, there isn’t anyone to greet you. Just a staircase, nothing else. It would be nice to have someone tell you how to use the WiFi, which demands your name, email address and phone number. Apparently the owners spend all of their time in the restaurant in the building next door. That’s where you have breakfast. Walk out of the gate, turn right on the sidewalk, and enter into the restaurant. Thankfully it wasn’t raining when we were there. The room needs a good mopping. There is dust and dirt all over the floor. Crumbs left from prior guests. The water kettle is gross and desperately needs cleaning or replacing.

We would happily book again

Liked: Simple breakfast but perfect to set you up for the day, pastries, lovely bread, juice, hot drinks, yoghurt and fruit salad. We also ate lunch at the restaurant, the menu was great, we arrived just after the lunch rush but the waiter was still very accommodating. The hotel was quiet as out of season, great location next to the tram and very easy to get into town. Nice modern simple interior.
Disliked: My only remark was that there was a lot of dust behind the bedside tables (looks like the don’t move them to clean) and the wardrobe door paint was coming off as you slide the doors.
