Liked: Great restaurant, nice room with huge terrace and a REALLY friendly staff that tried so hard for my family. On New Years Eve Isabelle and her colleague danced with my 7 year old son after dinner - He loved it! The next day as the same colleague sees him she gives him a big hug and a cheek kiss. For a little one feeling appreciated means a lot!
Disliked: Nothing- if you are a Hollywood star you will always find a way to complain. But you are NOT! There can always be a misunderstanding, but the intention of the staff is kind and customer minded.

Perfect, welcoming family run boutique...

Liked: Perfect little boutique hotel in Aix-en-Provence, family run, friendly and welcoming staff, wonderful service. Little oasis of quiet, the gardens are gorgeous. 3 mins from motorway and walkable to centre of town. Dog friendly. Ideal stop for journey to Barcelona.

It was a great experience and I look forward to a return visit.

Liked: Fabulous location conveniently located to downtown plaza. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Shoutout to Isabelle who kept us laughing!
Disliked: It would have been nice to know it was under renovation prior to arrival, BUT the hotel gave us a discount when we checked out
