Liked: The hotel staff are professional and personable. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever experienced. The bathroom is stylish and shower superb. Le petit dej is just right. We came north to Canada for genteel decency. Thank you.
Disliked: I didn't like that we had to leave.

Wonderful stay, excellent staff, nice...

Liked: Very charming hotel in vieux port, with absolutely wonderful staff that showed us a lot of kindness. They accommodated our needs with our baby (warm milk, helping us with bags).
Disliked: Main door is hard to bring in a stroller but that’s old port!

Disliked: Breakfast was poor. All pastries had gone by 9am - despite breakfast stated from 8am - 10am. When asked if they would be replenished, we were told we should have been down earlier and that they couldn’t control how much other guests ate!!! having travelled a distance the day before a 9am breakfast didn’t seem too late and if breakfast is advertised until 10am there should be enough provision until then in my opinion.

Location with a Smile!

Liked: I loved this little hotel from start to finish. Each and every staff-member were so welcoming, friendly and always eager to help. The breakfast was presented with love. The complimentary coffee was such a nice gesture and thoroughly enjoyed. The location is great. Travelling alone I felt very safe there. My stay was brief and in the middle of a blizzard. I promise to return in the Spring or Summer.
