Disliked: The construction and the rooftop being closed, but that just means I’ll have to visit again when it’s complete.

Good place to stay.

Liked: The room was comfotable although, it smelt as though it had been smoked in. It was quiet.We didm't use the restaurant.We bought fruit and yoghurt from the in-house facility. The location is excellent: on the edge of the French Quarter and near to the main museum area.
Disliked: Slight whiff of cigarette smoke in the room.

Disliked: Only one elevator was working so there would be a lot of people waiting a while after breakfast or around whelk in time.

Comfortable historic property!

Liked: Perfect location for the New Orleans Saints game we were in town for. We walked or took a streetcar everywhere. Beautiful, comfortable, classy, hotel! Our second stay.
Disliked: One of only two elevators was down 3 of our 4 days there. I know things happen but the property is very close to the Superdome in New Orleans & it was a home game weekend for the Saints. There were wedding parties staying there plus regular tourists. Some of the other guests said they’d waited 20 minutes for the 1 elevator that worked.
