Good place to stay while...

Liked: The hotel was quiet and the beds very confortable
Disliked: The heating was only partially on and the room took a long time to get warm.

Great stop

Liked: Convenient, well priced, did everything it needed to do.
Disliked: Basic, but that was fine.

Very friendly staff

Liked: The staff were wonderful. They were very friendly and all of them spoke English. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The room was spotless and cleaned when required.
Disliked: The room was very cold at night, and we were told that they couldn't increase the temperature in the room, as it was controlled at reception. However, we were offered a blanket. The hotel restaurant did not open on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights. This meant we had to travel out to get something to eat. The room was described as a superior room. However, it was very small, and the tea and coffee facilities were not suitable for 2 people.

Liked: Main reception and breakfast room was good
Disliked: Corridors and rooms were tired and dark. Restaurant was closed so we had to find elsewhere to eat.
