Liked: Casual comfort in all public parts of the hotel - staff were attentive & outstandingly good.
Disliked: Dreadful noise in our room due to 'refurbishments' ! Our complaints were dealt with quickly & we were compensated generously.

Disliked: The rooms, elevator & hallways feel very run down, but they are clean.

Liked: I liked the chocolate bar they left me, the staff were nice, and the bed was very comfortable. The location and the hot tub were perfect.
Disliked: The shower gets cold since the door only goes halfway, but you can solve for this by making the water really hot.
