Liked: Where do I begin... Sadly i am in a wheelchair, with the ability to get up and walk a tiny bit. Everytime I book a room somewhere I tell them upfront "hey Im in a wheelchair, I dont need a special room but I'd appreciate a elevator or room in the ground floor."When we arrived to this hotel, apparently they werent aware of my wheelchair and the elevator that was used for the small space of stairs was broken and they didn't tell me beforehand. He called other people and or hotels and found one in the neighbourhood and they paid for our taxi. All in all I was upset but they helped so you'd think "oh wouldn't you think how nice". Thats where the absolute joke of service happens, the other hotel had a 30cm high entrance which obviously I can't get in unless I get out of my chair, this costs me a lot of energy and it wasn't okay at all. Sad how they did this and thought its okay.

Liked: The hotel is well situated, not far from the metros and in an interesting area. I guess for Paris standards is ok priced.
Disliked: The room was very small and outdated, the pillows were terrible and the bed small. Simple things like, having a room for two but there is only one cup for coffee and no extra pillow or anything, it leaves a bad impression.Our was quite literally the last room in the hotel and wanting an extra pillow I decided not to go to the reception which is very far and across two courtyards. I think some things can seriously be improved without necessarily too much investment that would also improve the impression of the hotel.
