Good hotel for our stay...

Liked: Well appointed, comfortable and with private secure parking. Pleasant helpful staff. For our purposes (attending a rugby match) it was in a great position, near to a good variety of restaurants and some very nice shops.
Disliked: Nothing much to complain about. The room we’d booked was not ready at all when we checked in but the reception staff resolved that quickly, giving un another better room. Prices for drinks at the bar were quite high and breakfast was very expensive for the usual buffet style meal.Didn’t find getting to the parking garage straightforward at all but other than that, we were happy overall.

Disappointing

Disliked: Our experience at this 4-star hotel was disappointing. The hot water in the bathroom was barely warm, and there was no heater in the room. When we raised the issue with reception, they sent us a small electric heater fan, which was not only an inadequate solution but also extremely loud.Additionally, the shower head was leaking, and the lavatory had drainage issues. I had to remove the drain cover myself just to get it to work properly. These are basic amenities that one would expect to function seamlessly in a hotel of this caliber. Unfortunately, the lack of attention to these details made our stay far from comfortable.
