Superb

Liked: Fantastic boutique & classy hotel with wonderful views of Vysehrad.
Disliked: The black-hair lady of probably Persian origin on the reception definitely did not provide 5-star service. The rest of the staff was wonderful, very helpful & friendly.

Liked: -Zuzana from the reception is very good at her job and helpful-The night bartender was very polite- All the breakfast team in the buffet is always smiling and trying to accomondate any needs.
Disliked: -The shower water was not hot enough. It was even cold after 2 minutes.- There was no heating in general. Floor heating wasn't working. It was freezing all night, every night.- After the bar was closed, we went to the reception to get water bottles but the night receptionist told us there weren't any (he told us the sink water is drinkable but it had a very weird taste.- The housekeeping lady knocked the door 1 time and immediately entered the room. I didn't even have time to get up from the bed. My wife just got about of the shower.- The buffet was not satisfying at all. It was very small and poorly done and I've stayed in 4 and 5 star hotels all throughout Europe.-We had 2 single beds glued together instead of 1 double.

Average hotel. Nothing special. The...

Liked: The beds were comfortable. It was quiet
Disliked: The room key didn’t work during our stay. Reception would still send us up to the fourth floor with a key to try it and then we’d need to come back down and ask them to come with us. Every time! The room has no natural light just two velux windows. No complimentary water. Location on a residential street half an hour walk from the main area of Prague. Not a bad walk as it’s a beautiful city but as it’s a city you explore on foot the location isn’t ideal

Liked: The location is fantastic, being close to the center and shops, with a tram stop just a short walk away. Despite its central location, the hotel was really quiet, allowing for a peaceful night’s sleep. The breakfast was really good, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day. Additionally, the view from the hotel was great, providing a beautiful backdrop to our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to explore the city while enjoying a comfortable and quiet retreat.
