Liked: I like that it was close to all amenities.
Disliked: The bathroom barn door was not a good design it was very uncomfortable feeling going to the washroom there is a huge crack in the door you can see right through

Liked: It was amazing. Close location to where we needed to be.

Noisy room on busy road,...

Disliked: Location was quite far from the train station and the old town. We had a room on the main road and it was very noisy, despite secondary double-glazing. The hotel didn't appear to be overly busy, so I don't know why we weren't put in a room that wasn't on the road. This was an Executive King Room. When I reported to the receptionist that it was really noisy, rather than apologising, her response was "Yes, it's on a busy road" !!! Also we asked for a kettle as they only had a coffee maker in the room - but they weren't able to supply one.
