Liked: The room was amazing and the staff were very friendly!
Disliked: We had asked a few times when we used the valet service to charge our electric PHEV and we noticed that it wasn't charged upon retrieval. It was disappointing as we asked a few times upon checking in both to the Valet and the front staff.

Fantastic blend of old and...

Liked: The service was attentive, particularly the valet. The bed and linens were quite comfortable. The lobby bar was perfect for a cocktail before our dinner reservation dinner and a nightcap after the show at the Belle Centre. It has a great old-school feel with wooden panels but a modern vibe with a live DJ. The unexpected highlight was the room's bathroom, particularly the shower and fancy toilet features! They have done a great job blending the old and new here!
Disliked: My only "complaint" would be the overwhelming fragrance in the shared hotel spaces - lobby, elevator, and hallways. If they could dial that back a notch, I'd have nothing but positive things to say.
