Hotel was OK.

Liked: The room was somewhat small but adequate. It was clean. The elevator was very helpful. The parking was good, enough spaces. There was a little 'tabac' in front for snacks and drinks.
Disliked: There was supposed to be 24 hour staff at the desk. However, they took a break in the mid-afternoon and didn't re-open until 4 pm. We had to sit around and wait for them to get back. Not happy after a long drive,

Liked: We flew from Australia because our son had been injured in an accident and was hospitalised close by. Our emotions were raw and we were exhausted. The staff welcomed and comforted us from the moment we arrived. We were given a reduced rate because we had someone in the hospital. Proximity to the hospital was within walking distance.

Liked: Perfect hotel for a one night stopover. Clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff. Good location.
Disliked: I could smell cigarettes. Not sure if someone smoke in the room before or if the smell traveled from downstairs' outside cafe and the sitting area, but I could smell it all the time.

Exceptional

Liked: The most professional staff I have ever encountered in a hotel. I booked this hotel last minute and did not double check the check-in times. The hotel desk closed at 8pm and we were scheduled to arrive at 10:30pm. The clerk (Mr. Tarik) tried to contact us several times by phone, but we did not answer. Nevertheless, he stood at the desk until our arrival and made sure that we had no problems after our long journey, despite our mistake of not reading the hotel's schedule. And this is something I have never seen before. It is a very affordable and very well kept hotel, with comfortable beds, clean rooms and bathrooms, basic needs covered, plenty of parking, very good breakfast and excellent staff!I highly recommend this place.
