Liked: A lovely hotel in a fantastic location. My room was beautifully presented and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom facilities were good. Staff were lovely and helpful. I enjoyed my stay here.
Disliked: A few stairs to navigate even though it does have a lift.

Great value for money and...
Liked: I didnt opt for breakfast but the room was of the right size compared to other hotels in Paris with adequate space. The staff were courteous and helpful and the location is in a quiet street with a lot of amenities around. The Metro (Guy Moquet) is a 5 minutes walk and there is a big choice of restaurants within a 15 minutes walk distance
Disliked: The room service needs to be improved as it si limited to making the bed and changing the towels.

An indescribable GEM with old...
Liked: The location seemed central to many of our destination spots and we relied on Uber for speed, documentation, and safety. We shipped a parcel to lighten our load at the nearby Postal Service, walked a block to the main road to the Patieserie and enjoyed the most fabulous baguette sandwiches, macaroons, and hot drinks for walking around. It’s a mere 20 minute walk to the historic Sacre-Couer Basilica, and is away from the tourist hotspots to see the real life and shops of Paris. From laundry to nails to cafes and dining: it is all here. It was soundproofed when windows were closed (a plus as the second room was next to a rambunctious schoolhouse playground), wonderful AC, clean sheets, immaculate rooms (we stayed in two different rooms as one was an impulsive add on). The elevator was a major bonus although steps are required no matter what floor: see the hotel photos. We enjoyed everything about this but what I appreciated the most was the graciousness and hospitality of the staff. They made us feel so welcome and un-rushed as a true vacation should be. I will absolutely be booking again when I return in a few weeks. This room was the perfect size for my 10 year old and myself but a family may be more cramped. One room has slightly less floor space but one must understand ALL rooms in Paris are cozy. I recommend this property as a well seasoned traveler. They offer a paid breakfast which we decided not to utilize but we did enjoy wonderful coffee, hot milk, and hot chocolate before heading out for a 6 mile walkabout. Another thing I may add: this hotel was quieter than most even with people walking upstairs and the lift nearby. If you are a light sleeper I highly recommend using a tiny portable sound machine that will cover any sounds and create a nice ambiance for you.
Disliked: I didn’t like the fact it took me 3 awful nights in Paris in a toxic moldy rental before I found this gem!
