Liked: The decor was nice and the staff was very friendly. Plus I love the location.
Disliked: The room was relatively small

Overall, I would definitely stay...

Liked: Perfect location and the location seemed like it was in a safe area.
Disliked: Could have been a little cleaner. Maybe consider cleaning the elevator buttons. Also, the barn door for the closet fell off. The front desk sent someone up but I was asked, "Do you need this fixed now?" He placed the door back up but it was quite loose, so I just never used it again.

Great one time experience.

Liked: There was a woman who worked in the Chalet area, I never got her name, but she was wonderful!! I wish I knew her name because she would definitely be named in the review!!
Disliked: The lighting in the bathroom is horrible. Definitely unable to do makeup in there.

Liked: Beautiful rooms and hotel. Friendly staff!
Disliked: Water took too long to get hot in bathroom and shower. White stains on couch in living room.

A disappointing stay at one...

Liked: Great location and the aesthetics were on point.
Disliked: The heat did not work properly in my room so my daughter and I were freezing for most of the stay(even after maintenance came out). The service at the restaurant was horrible.
