Liked: The restaurant and bar were good.
Disliked: I booked weeks in advance, arrived at 6pm and my room wasn't ready until 7pm. I've never had to wait an hour for a room to be ready on a booking I had made well in advance.

Wonderful hotel.

Liked: Very good staff. We would book it again.
Disliked: Even though I reserved the room with breakfast through booking.com the hotel said I did not. I a, not sure where the disconnect was but once I showed them my reservation they were very quick to offer the free breakfast. And the breakfast was very good. The poor server was overwhelmed with customers (it was the day of the Mummers parade) but she did a great job.

Liked: The front desk clerks were extremely pleasant and helpful. Also, the front doormen and parking attendants were courteous and helpful.
Disliked: Room could have been larger.
