Good bedding, clean, tidy but...

Liked: It was nice, modern and clean. Bedding was comfortable and provided a cot for my toddler which I appreciated as it helped me get a better night sleep.
Disliked: We arrived at 10pm at night after we had done 14 hours of flying and over 10 hours of driving, we didn’t even walk into our hotel room for less then 3 minutes before the phone rang from front reception saying the people below our room had complained about our toddler making noise. Although I can appreciate one needing sleep however for the reception to call us making us feel so unwelcomed rather than explaining to the other customer that we had only just arrived and were getting into our room with our suit cases and settling in, it just didn’t sit well with me as we were trying to be quiet and considerate and it’s not as thought it had continued. Our other terrible experience was the valley parking. They brought around the wrong car one that didn’t belong to us and then went and got ours leaving no Tom at lobby entrance for our car so they parked it right in the drive way near kerb garden side having us to walk all our luggage over with three kids to try keep an eye on and having to climb in the garden to get into our car doors. Make matters worse they parked in the most terrible spot that other cars couldn’t fit passed us.

Liked: The breakfast is delicious, there are Chinese speaking staff at the front desk, everything is good
