One of my favorite hotel...

Liked: Loved the room, the amenities, the location. Highly recommended
Disliked: Probably the only thing I didn’t care for is Vallet parking is required and it’s $31 per day. There was no warning about that when I booked the hotel

I would stay here again...

Liked: Location is nice. Not too far from the freeway and the view of Santa Anita Park was nice. Staff were helpful in every interaction. I chose this location because it was dog friendly. Room had good HVAC and the temp was great. Easy to move about the hotel.
Disliked: Room was just ok. Carpet and bathroom floor were sticky and stains on the couch. Room service was a tad on the high side but the food was good. Outlet had a stuck blade in the hot side.

I would never return to...

Liked: The location was very convenient to the Pasadena area where I see my doctors.
Disliked: The air freshener that is going full blast in the main lobby was horrible! I have severe allergies and asthma. This could send me into an asthma attack. Why does the hotel think they need an air freshener? What are they covering up? It was so bad that I would never return to this hotel! There are a good number of people with allergies and asthma who could be affected by this situation.

Disliked: Dirty carpets due to dogs

Liked: I stayed for a total of 3 nights over the last 2 weeks as a result of being evacuated due to a fire near my home. It is a beautiful and elegant hotel with all the amenities that could be desired. The staff was very professional, accommodating and friendly. I will definitely stay again. My stay was exactly what I needed at a stressful time.
