A pleasant and comfortable experience.

Liked: The staff was so kind and was always smiling and laughing. Such gleeful people. Even at 2am. The service was very quick and everything was a very easy process. The room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom as well. It was only two of us so there really wasn't any issue with how small the room was. It was definitely bigger than a hotel room in Japan is all I'll say.
Disliked: The view was not even of a street, it was just the bricks of other buildings. It was completely bricks. There wasn't anything to see, so we just kept the curtains down. But we weren't really in the room most of the time anyways so it wasn't really that big of a deal. The closet had virtually no space.

Liked: Great location. Very modern and clean. Staff were great
Disliked: Tiny room - group of 3 friends travelling together and no room at all for luggage. 2 out of the 3 days housekeeping came to service the room after 5pm when we were trying to get ready for dinner.No privacy with the shower - no door so it was a little difficult when staying with friends.
