Enjoyed the stay. Staff very...

Liked: The location is fantastic. Close to Central Park and getting around Manhattan. Breakfast was good. Didn’t get to eat at the restaurant. Bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: I expected the room to be bigger. The photos on the website make it appear bigger. Nonetheless, very comfortable.

Acceptable, comfortable stay. Refurb disruption.

Liked: Breakfast was extra but we enjoyed it as the quality was good. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed for refurbishment and we had to eat in the small rooftop cocktail bar.
Disliked: The attitude of the man on the reception desk when we arrived could have been much better. He was, at best, very off hand with me.All other staff were fine.
