Nice stay overall.

Liked: Very centric. Comfortable bed and good shower. Great pillows!I slept very well there.
Disliked: We stayed 9 nights there and ordered the almond croissant for 7 breakfasts. Out of the 7, only 2 days it was good, the rest was quite dry. Our room for three days, the house keepers didn't clean it. When I called, you they sent someone to clean after several calls.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. Could not wait...

Liked: The location is convenient. There is nothing positive to say other than that.
Disliked: Absolutely nothing. Frankly, we have never stayed at a worse hotel! The rooms are disgusting and grubby. All doors and walls are banged up, paint coming off. There is no wardrobe to speak off, no bathrobes, slippers. The sockets did not work with adapters. It was horrendous.

Liked: The location is fantastic. Close to Central Park and getting around Manhattan. Breakfast was good. Didn’t get to eat at the restaurant. Bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: I expected the room to be bigger. The photos on the website make it appear bigger. Nonetheless, very comfortable.
