Liked: Nice location and overall ok quality
Disliked: Impossible to get an invoice from them. If you book on booking.com booking says - go to hotel … hotel says- go to booking and that’s it!

Disliked: Room was very small, phone didn’t work in the room so when I had to call the desk or for room service I used my cell phone.

Great location but hotel needs...

Liked: Location for mid-town and central park is fantastic. Staff are friendly and professional and they made us feel welcome.
Disliked: Room and general decor was very very shabby. This hotel needs a facelift. There used to be a roof top bar which is now a restaurant which is a bit disappointing.

Over all good experience

Liked: The warm reception staff, always helpful. The concierge desk was super amazing and efficient. The restaurant staff especially the restaurant managers were awesome at service
Disliked: House keeping was a let down. Room not vacuumed properly at all. Glasses and cups not washed daily. Generally very basic house keeping. For a four star property one would expect better house keeping standards
