BEWARE!!!

Liked: Location. Staff.
Disliked: Cleanliness. The housekeeper did not replace my glass with a clean one. It was rinsed out. I knew this because my lipstick was still on the rim. I did report it to the manager, Carmen. I gave her the glass as well THAT is nasty. Unsanitary. OSHA violation, etc... HORRIBLE. I was charged a daily fee, which included drink/meal. I ordered but didn't receive a meal. Got tired of waiting on it. Told the bartender to just forget it. Insane. Don't charge us for something we are not provided.

Liked: The staff was friendly, the valet attendents were efficient and friendly.
Disliked: I have been to Le Meridien New Orleans years ago and it didn't hold the same weight/prestige as before. My room had a cabinet door off the hinges, there was rust around the shower area. For the amount of money I paid, I expected more from this establishment.
